Potato & Egg Salad 薯仔蛋沙律

Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 250g potatoes
  • 1 tsp. diced onion
  • 1 tsp. dijion mustard
  • 10 drops of lemon juice
  • 2 sp. of mayonaise
  • salt and ground pepper to taste

Instructions:
  1. Boil eggs and finely chopped potatoes, let cool
  2. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl

Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Raspberry-Laced Vanilla Cake

Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 120g melted butter oder margarine
  • 100g sugar
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 45ml mlik
  • 160g all-purpose flour (type 504)
  • Raspberry jam
  • Raspberries

Insturctions:
  1. Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl
  2. Mix-in the ingredients in order (eggs to milk)
  3. Let the mixture cool a bit
  4. Now pour-in the flour little by little while stirring
  5. Spread a little butter over inside the baking mold
  6. Pour the mixture into a baking mold
  7. Pre-heat the oven to 170°C, bake for 30-45 min
  8. Let the cake cool for 30 min
  9. Cut the cake horizontally to make 3 layers
  10. Spread raspberry jam in between the cake layers
  11. Frost the cake surfaces with whipped cream
  12. Decorate the cake with a few raspberries
