Potato & Egg Salad 薯仔蛋沙律

Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 250g potatoes
  • 1 tsp. diced onion
  • 1 tsp. dijion mustard
  • 10 drops of lemon juice
  • 2 sp. of mayonaise
  • salt and ground pepper to taste

Instructions:
  1. Boil eggs and finely chopped potatoes, let cool
  2. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl
