Potato & Egg Salad 薯仔蛋沙律

Ingredients:- 2 eggs
- 250g potatoes
- 1 tsp. diced onion
- 1 tsp. dijion mustard
- 10 drops of lemon juice
- 2 sp. of mayonaise
- salt and ground pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Boil eggs and finely chopped potatoes, let cool
- Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl
