鶏肉ご飯

Endlich habe ich das Kochrezept von Motohiro ausprobiert... Aber es schmeckt ein bisschen anderes, nämlich nicht so japanisch. Was ist los?!


味醂と鰹だし

米      3合
鶏モモ肉 1枚
タマネギ 1個
味醂　　 大さじ2
鰹だし　 小さじ2
塩      適量
コショウ 適量
水　　　 適量

Putenbrust - 800g
Zwiebel - 1 stück
Mirin - 2 Teelöffel
Katsuo - Dashi - 2 Teelöffel
Zugar - ein bisschen
Salz - ein bisschen
Wasser - ein bisschen

French Apple Cake

To bake a cake seems not too difficult, the reciepe:
- 1 small mixed fruit yogurt
- 2 small yogurt cup flour
- 1.5 small yogurt cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 6 apples (cutting them into small pieces)
- mix well and bake

Comments from experience:

- with half the stated portion can bake 8 pieces.

- bake at 120°C for 45min (or until almost finished)

- bake at 150°C can give the cake a golden surface
