
4 Portions:
- 1.5 kg Zucchini
- 4 big potatoes
- 3 Spoon of vegetable stock
- 100 ml cream
- 2 pieces of garlic
- Salt and pepper
- Petersilie
- A little butter
- Cut zucchini and potato into small pieces
- Heat a spoon of butter in a pot
- Add in the order: garlic, potato, salt peper, zucchini, petersilie
- Fry the ingredients until half-done
- Add vegetable stock and 600ml water
- Heat until the soup boils
- When the ingredients are soft, stir with a hand-held mixer
- Add 200 ml cream
- Heat until boils again
- Ready
